“We only stayed two nights, wish it were longer. Cottage is in a great location near the beach and restaurants. Surfside Beach has a market, a 7/11 and a liquor store within less than a mile from the property. The cottage was immaculate and comfortable in every way. We will return!”

“Quiet, clean, well appointed 2br, 2bath. Cozy, comfortable, well designed. Great location, great communication, and ownership does the little touches that show they care and appreciate the customer! Good outdoor area, views of ocean, short walk to ocean, perfect! ”

“We had a wonderful family vacation. The property was clean and had everything we needed and the location to the beach was fantastic. Really great resort amenities as well! Will be back for sure!”

“Our family had a great time and really enjoyed the house! The only complaint i would have is that the grill did not work and neither did the shower downstairs to rinse off from the beach. Other than that, it was perfect!”

“House was clean and well equiped. There is a lot of repair going on in the area from the hurricane, it rained a lot while we were there so we explored the area. Not too far from some fun things. Houston and Galveston Island. The house did have a smoker smell, To moat it probably wasnt that bad but we definitely noticed it. . All in all it was a nice trip. Wish the weather was better. 😞”

“The property has perfect access to the beach! We had a great visit for my son's 13th birthday celebration with his friends. They stayed in the bunkroom upstairs which was perfect! The grounds ("yard") were a bit rough, but hurricane Beryl had a lot to do with that I'm sure. We didn't use the yard and were there for the beach so it was fine. The house is well kept and clean, but the front door could use some work. The extra fridge is a bonus! The place was just what we needed!”

“Great little cottage. Very cozy and comfortable. Couldn't get the shower water hot, but it was so hot outside wasn't so bad. EEnjoyed it ”

“The house in an all is really nice. There is a few issues. The owner may want to address as far as vent falling down in kitchen ceiling, toilet seat not fitting on guest bathroom and a weird smell to the water. Other than that, it was great and very clean upon our arrival.”

“This beach house was wonderful. The views from the balconies were fantastic. Was perfect for cross-generation family members. Rooms and layout are very nice. Beach area was nice and clean and not very crowded even with being there the weekend after the 4th of July. Only heads up is there are a lot of stairs that can be tough on older adults. The walk to beach is not too bad but definitely can be grueling when loaded up with beach gear and the beach Boardwalk only has stairs at both ends and……
