“Good location for clamming. Cabins work fine. Nothing fancy, but functional. Would have given overall 5 stars, except thermostst on heater did not work and volume on TV did not work t work”

“Last minute booking… small studio with full kitchen, no a/c or natural air flow. Felt like the old motels with folk walking past in the corridor outside our only open window. No sense of privacy. Curtains too small…. Bed had two large indents that swallowed us separately at night and pillows felt like sandbags ( hard! ) Great location for beach. Add an a/ c unit and completely refurnish and it could be nice…. At the price we paid we felt very overcharged and cannot recommend. We will not……

“We stayed in Long Beach for my birthday. This lovely studio was great. Near the beach close to restaurants. It had great natural light, tastefully decorated and was quiet. Melissa,Chad and Dawn were very easy to work with and made our stay perfect .Thank you.”

“Great place to stay. It was a pleasant surprise. Very quiet, and comfortable. It has a very nice kitchen although we didn't use it, but their are very good restaurants close by. The bathroom could use a larger vanity. The TV had closed caption displayed all the time. Couldn't get rid of it. Brandy couldn't figure it out either. Otherwise she was excellent.”

“It was everything we could imagine and more! The little touches in the design, close to everything, great views of pacific hwy and a few blocks from the beach. The owner is wonderful and super responsive. We've already started planning next year. ”
