“The host Nino is the best! He was so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay welcome and also took us to interesting places. He helped us book all our excursions, to Mount Ijen. He took us around town and we got to see places off the tourist path! He also cooks food with his family nearby, and was willing to feed us at any time! My friends arrived around 12 am and he cooked us all dinner and gave us welcome tea as well!! The food was DELICIOUS!! The best Nasi Goreng we had our entire……

“Base to see sights of Banyuwangi. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the Indonesian breakfast was ample. Car required for this location. There is a shop across it that does general provisions and simple meals. Also went out of their way to purchase meals from outside. The room I booked did not have the advertised mountain view, and the shower room lacked a sink. ”

Although I hadn't notified them and their check-in was closed from 10pm there was no complaint or difficulty with check in. This was great service. “We stayed two nights and regret not having taken more days in this magnificent hotel. The service is impeccable, pleasant, respectful, super nice and very professional.
