“Kleines Hotel mit kleinen Zimmern. Nett eingerichtet mit toller Dachterasse. Parken nur an der Straße, wobei das Hotel beim Kaufen des Parktickets behilflich ist. Tolles Frühstück wird in einem nahen Café serviert. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr nettem Personal zu einem extrem günstigen Preis. ”

“This hotel is directly on busy street with a lot of trucks and buses coming day and night. So noice is disturbing. Additional problem: the restaurant. They just don’t know how to cook. We made an error by having a dinner there: the meet was oversalted and the fish was like rubber. ”

“This boutique hotel is located just south of Cartago, and is the PERFECT spot if you are wanting to visit the Volcanos (Irazu and Turrialba) and/or Tapanti National Park (all highly recommended). The property is actually a working coffee plantation that sits right on beautiful Lake Cachi. The owner Michael was WONDERFUL! He was fully bilingual, truly cared about his property, and our experience of it, and was BEYOND accommodating. Our room was HUGE, very clean, had comfortable bedding,……

“This property consists of 3 relatively new cabins located inside a secure gate beside to the main road that circles the beautiful Orosí valley. The cabins are surrounded by greenery including a giant stand of bamboo and orange trees from the family’s orchard, which smell delightful! The road is quite busy during the day but very quiet at night and we had no difficulty sleeping. The cabins themselves block most of the outside sound. There was plentiful hot water for the shower from the rooftop……

Breakfast was simple but good. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The proximity to Irazu Volcano cannot be beat!”

“Is a beautiful place indeed the nature is breath taking, but few misses like the internet signal didn't reach oor room and the place is in a remote area so no internet also. Plus the 50 dollars per day for a dog a bit expensive. The rest amazing, friendly staff great views great food o recommend it ”
