“Spectacular view from the 31st floor of the city and partial ocean greeted us every morning, with a nice little patio to enjoy it from too. Three bedrooms, all with nice beds, plus a nice and large main and dining area. Everything worked well, including the air conditioning. Very safe residential building with front door security. It is not located in a main tourist area, but 5-10 min drive from best parts of Panama City. Area itself seemed safe. Food recommendation: one of the best restaurants……

“This property was easily accessible, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Uber and other transportation providers can easily locate the property and it is on a main thoroughfare. The elevators do come timely for the building to be so large, but they are dimly lit.”

“The apartment was very spacious and clean. It looked exactly like the photos shown online and everything was in good working order. Everything provided was adequate for me and my family however I suggest that for larger families, additional utensils (saucepans, cutlery etc) should be provided. The host was very responsive to any queries and I would definitely stay there again.”

“Property was beautiful and really enjoyed the Pearl Club”

“There are properties with similar names so be mindful because taxi still took us to the wrong place despite us being specific about where we were going. The property had everything included in the pictures however, it was a bit aged e.g. couldnt sit in one of the chairs as the base wasnt supported, also could use a deep clean and polish of furniture. The wifi was horrible - it only worked in the living room area if at all and wasnt a good connection. Also dont think the pool location was……

“My stay at La Cuadra Residences was a study in contrasts. The apartment itself was absolutely fantastic. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every amenity imaginable. “The host was very helpful. He met us in person on our first day and showed us his favorite restaurants and grocery store. He was extremely helpful. The place is in a great location and secure. I would recommend taking an Uber to downtown if you go there. Driving in the city is not for the faint of heart, but Ubers cost us only 3-5 one way. I would recommend this place without hesitation.”

“The apartment was great with a fantastic view! There were just a few issues:1. The 4th bedroom is actually the maids room. The bedding was not very clean, the shower was not usable, this room also had the washer and dryer. 2. The dishes were dirty.3. The bedroom with the bunkbeds had a mildew smellBut overall, the view and peacefulness and friendly residents were 5 stars!”

“Enjoyed our stay. Close to everything but quieter area. The unit was on the 3rd floor with no elevator so if you have any health or mobility problem, this is not an ideal place to stay. Instructions on how to check in was given to us just 24 hrs before.Overall, it was a nice stay in the old town.”

“This is a beautiful, well equipped property. Excellent location right on the square in Casco Viejo. So clean and bright! Balcony space, lovely shower in the bathroom. Washer and dryer in room! Very classy and comfortable! The coffee shop downstairs is also excellent and has a super friendly staff. ”
