“This place is in a great location in downtown Panama City, Panama, but the building is infected with roaches. We had to kill at least ten roaches in the apartment that we were staying in. I messaged the host to send a exterminator, but he never did. The hot water heater also doesn't work. The hot water only stayed on for about 5 minutes, in the bathroom shower and then it was cold again. The maintenance guy came twice, but it didn't work. We took lukewarm to cold showers while we stayed there.……

“We had a very enjoyable stay at Playa Caracol. The unit was in excellent condition and well stocked with essentials. We suffered a number of service interruptions because of loss of electricity and internet. But these were suffered by all people at the resort. The property manager, Juan Bethancourth was an excellent help and helped immediately any time we had a problem. There was one major drawback - namely - the road from the main highway to the resort. “I booked this location at the beginning and end os my trip. Second time they claimed i didn't pay even though my credit card statement shows I did, they canceled my reservation a few days before check in which left me scrambling to book another. I would've have if i would have already stayed there. Black mold on ceiling in master bedroom, finicky hot water, great washer and dryer, smooth elevator, Really hard to find even people from Panama couldn't find it. ”

“The property is not called New Modern Ocean View - very misleading for locating the complex. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. Many times she went beyond her call of duty. We have encountered very few Panamanians who……

“It was our 4th. stay at the Golf Coronado building. We are golfers so that’s why we pick that location. On the 3 previous stays our apartment choices were the ones who had alliances with the golf course so the amount of payment to play there for a month was 300. Now, the golf course owners no longer honour that agreement so the cost was more than doubled. The other disappointment was that this year it was so much hotter to golf! “Just spent 10 nights at this property. Expectations fully met. Beach is a few feet away. Welcoming pool and social area. Furnishings, appliances, utensils were all adequate. Grocery, pharmacy and other stores are 7 mins. away. Environment conducive to a restful experience. Concierge was always available and helpful. WFI was strong, with coverage extending to the beach. No cable TV but YouTube, Peacock, Max and other apps over IP provided plenty of content. Would definitely book again.”

“The condo had everything we needed. Nice long walks on the beach. If staying more than a week you should rent a car. The grounds were well maintained. The little food hut was nice when it was open Thurs-Sun. A lot of cabanas and loungers available. Great communication with the host. ”
