“We enjoyed our stay, the place was very well equipped and the host was very responsive and helpful. There is a grocery store nearby and a car rental place. Several restaurants around as well. The grounds are well kept with crew working each day to keep it looking nice. The pool and the beach are great. Not too busy when we went so we had a very relaxing and peaceful stay. The only downsides were that the safe did not work, but the place is well guarded anyway, the couch is not the comfiest and……

“The place was super roomy and stylish. AC was the quietest we've had. The key for the front door took a little bit of practice to figure out. One of the balcony doors didn't lock. The elevator had a very overpowering air freshener that we did not enjoy. The restaurant downstairs was excellent.”

“Although VRBO says to always pay through the app, this property says they have difficulty processing payments through VRBO and insisted on payment through a different app. I hesitated but due to the good reviews I decided to trust them. I had no issue using their app.The unit itself was very nice but in a gentrified area near some sketchy areas. We never felt unsafe. ”

“We enjoyed staying here! It was larger than we expected with a good size laundry room (the laundry machine is a washer dryer). We had success parking our small car under ground in the parkade. Small cars only as the parkade has a small car elevator.The accommodation has an 24/7 concierge and we found him to be incredibly helpful. “This was our second time staying in Buenaventura. This condo was beautifully decorated, located in one of the best locations for families, and was very spacious. The amenities are exactly as the host described and Alexander was available for any questions the entire stay. “The condo was clean and had a great view. It would be a great place for a short stay for a couple but has minimal furnishings and utilities, not comfortable for longer stay. Condo staff are very friendly and helpful. While the condo management were very polite and promised to supply missing items we were still waiting for them when we left after 4 weeks.
