“This was a beautiful retreat for our family celebrating our daughter's graduation. The back yard with the hot tub and the views was spectacular and the living space was well laid out with a comfortable dining space and well appointed kitchen. The beds were comfortable and we even enjoyed after dinner fusball in the garage space. This was a great long weekend and we would definitely stay again.”

“Looking for a house near the beach to end our California trip but also close to San Francisco airport for easy departure this house checked both boxes. We had a large group including children and adults and this room was so spacious with lots of places for all of us to sleep. It was clean, everything worked. The kids loved the garage play room. ”

“The place was clean and the property manager was extremely quick to respond to messages. Great view of the ocean from the property. The beach is good for walking during the day and is pet friendly, but not a good spot for swimming we were told. There is a state beach 5 minutes away that is good for swimming and surfing. The entrance to the beach is very steep, would be difficult for someone with an injury or handicap. We had a good time and glad to find this spot that was close enough to San……

“We chose Richard's place both for the location and number of bedrooms. There was plenty of room for our large group with two bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There are two hang out areas inside which are open to one another but far enough apart to hold seperate conversations. It is minutes from the San Mateo Bridge leading west and freeways leading east. We were just over half an hour away from South San Francisco, Half Moon Bay and the Tri-Valley, all of which were destinations……

“This was a perfect place for my family to stay during my daughter's graduation from UC Berkeley. Restaurants were close and not as crowded as they were closer to campus. We got uber eats sandwiches after her grad and had the best time in the cute, sunny backyard. ”

From the booking (Owner is awesome) to the arrival (Inn keeper is THE sweetest guy) to the magical overnight, the camping room joy with kids, the speakeasy vibe, care, and accommodations. Can't wait to book it again for adult mystery dinner party (kid free next time) so I can truly enjoy every single creative corner at this spot! Thanks! ”

“Well when we got to our stay at 7:30pm it had NOT been cleaned and the 1st thing greeting us was a snotty tissue on the floor! Could NOT contact host which had been a problem since the beginning of this rental process. The 'secure' entry was the door key IN the door lock. No check-in or check-out instructions unless we asked. Owner finally messaged us through the app around 2am. We were forced to stay in the dirty place because we had no where else to go. It was eventually cleaned the next……
