“Excellent location! Just next to Piazza San Marco, however the entrance of the hotel is lack of signage, we spend some time to looking for the entrance. The staffs are very nice. The room is very beautiful and big, please be reminded that there are no lift, you need the carry your luggages to the room by stairs. ”

“I had a lovely stay at this beautiful B&B. Ideal location for the Vaporetto stop at Fondamente Nove and only a 10-15 min walk to Rialto. The room was very comfortable and quiet so I had no problems sleeping. The owner is friendly and helpful and provides a good continental breakfast. If I come back to Venice and I fully intend to I would love to stay at this B&B again.”

“Beautiful view and really appreciated the upgrade to balcony room with canal view. Bathroom was very clean and shower was amazing pressure. The bed and pillows were on the flat and former side which was uncomfortable for resting. Wish the communal area was able to be used more. Overall decent stay for staying in Venice”
