“The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with basic staples provided. Very nice to have two bathrooms (—water pressure was great for shower-taking.) Loved the location —great neighborhood. And the property manager, Emanuela, could not have been nicer nor more helpful. Very much look forward to going back—-hopefully sooner than later!”

“Extremely clean and modern little apartment on ground floor in a quiet narrow little street off a picturesque square! Authentic Venetian feel! Marco was very prompt in communicating and provided all necessary information - even a delightful bottle of Spumante on arrival. Location was fabulous for walking to all the central sites. Only suggestions for minor improvements would be to add a couple dish towels and also explain in the listing the various possible ways to get to the apartment from the……

“We had a wonderful stay. The location could not be better, the check in process was wonderful (they pick you up in a water taxi, bring you to the closest dock and walk you to the VRBO). The bathroom, bedroom & kitchen were all very well kept and clean. You have to take your trash out which occurs very early. We slept in most days and this was an ordeal w an early departure. Also wish they had at least one extra mirror in the unit for getting ready. ”

“We took a detour after a work trip to visit Venice for Carnival. Massimo’s place was exactly what we needed. It was big enough to give everyone privacy but a great place to hang out together. It’s a great location and easy to walk everywhere but also really quiet for when we wanted to get away from the crowds. Massimo was extremely proactive and communicative and was quick to provide helpful information about transportation and places to visit. We loved the place and would absolutely visit again”
