“The location is perfect! Its awfully pricey, then they charge extra fees and a parking fee, yikes! My room had an amazing view and the beds were comfy and seemed clean. The AC took awhile to cool down and kept making a loud humming noise every 5 minutes making for a difficult night for sleep. I accidentally booked for one night instead of 2 nights, totally my fault. However when I mentioned this to the lady at the front desk, she said the room I had was booked for the next day. I understand……

“Smell moldy everywhere in the hotel from the moment you step in. It's worse in the room than in the lobby. It was very disgusting and made me sick. Air outside wasn't smelly and was not humid. Something is wrong with the hotel and I feel it was from the moldy carpet. You don't want to stay here even though there is a free night.”

“Overall stay, it was good. Room was clean. Location wise, perfect. Downside, they need to shampoo their hallway carpet. Not bad but it needs a little help. Also, worker needs to respect that some people doesn’t wake up early. They were slamming the door since 8 am and when I finally couldn’t Stand it anymore, I got up and checked and the worker apologized and stopped slamming it. ”

“I thought the room was nice and it was clean. Breakfast offered from 7-10am so that was nice. I didn’t like that someone below us was making noise complaints and they came to our room 3 times even after I told them it was not us. They came back the 3rd time at 1am and that upset me because everyone was asleep but me and we felt like we had to lay down and it was our vacation. It wasn’t even us someone else was stomping and running and they didn’t seem to investigate better before blaming us……
