“This gem is tucked away in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. The host is a great communicator and we felt like we were living our best life! Swimming in the private pool at sunset, every amenity and then some at our disposal and restful sleep. We enjoyed great proximity to museums, Austin and the cute town of Smithville. Would return for sure!”

“Perfect place if your looking to getaway for the weekend to unwind; Penny Lane was just the right size for a family of 4. The kids enjoyed walking to the lake for some fishing and enjoyed their time outdoors. We'll definitely be coming back to visit. Ragan and Andy were great hosts and were either a phone call away or making their rounds on the property if we needed anything. ”

“The accommodations are very nice and location in the middle of all the farms and county roads makes for a wonderful drive through what seems like a wooded forest. The house sits on a hill and has a lovely deck with a wonderful view. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Stay was amazingly peaceful. Enjoyed the property and ability to stay close to Austin but not in Austin. Cooked steaks on the grill and the house had everything we needed to have a great meal with friends.”

“Cute little property with a country feel. Property was very clean and well maintained. We met up for a girls weekend and the hot tub is what drew us to the property. Hot tub lived up to expectations and we enjoyed an evening of relaxing and chatting away the night in it. ”

“We absolutely love staying here! From the moment you walk in the door you feel like a welcomed guest. The hospitality from the homeowners is really incredible! The home is very clean, well stocked, great layout for family or friends. Highly recommend staying here and we will be back! ”

“I just had an amazing weekend at this adorable cottage! Super clean, peaceful and quiet, gorgeous views of the sunset overlooking the pond, and some of the best hosts I've had the pleasure of renting from. Would absolutely stay here again and WILL! ”

“It was a great place- the only issues with the A/C and the host managed it. It would have been nice for the air to have been set before we came, so then we wouldn't have had to work the AC so hard to get the house cooled from 85. That in turn caused the unit to freeze up, but again they were working on it. The home was terrific, so well-appointed, and I would stay again despite the air issues. ”
