“The cabin was the perfect stay for enjoying the quiet and snowy up north woods. It’s walking distance to the snow show trails and short drive to mt Bohemia. We loved the proximity to calumet Main Street for good food and coffee. The cabin is modern and cozy. Would definitely reserve again! ”

“Nice place we’ve stayed at before and I’m sure will stay again in the future! Clean and comfortable and super easy check out. There are still renovations taking place but minor like the trim finishing and some painting touchup. The fireplace is not a working fireplace perhaps in the future. Bring a few extra blankets if you get cold easily it can be chilly since it’s a big living area to heat. Great for a family or in our case three couples. Close to the snowmobile trail. ”

“All the cozy vibes while visiting our MTU students for winter carnival weekend! Everything we needed to spread out, visit together, and enjoy our time. Many games of chess were played. Jacuzzi got a lot of use. Our college students enjoyed hiking in the snow & found some surprise igloos. Plenty of vintage books & decor add to the charm! Thanks for a great weekend.”

“ if you need a place to stay and you have pets that come with you it’s a good place to stay! There is a fenced back yard (if there isn’t too much snow) which was awesome! The owners are very responsive and helpful! Little touches like having leashes and dog toys is cool, along with a welcome basket with popcorn and fresh cinnamon rolls from a local bakery was also great! “We found the house a perfect location for Calumet restaurants, cafes, and bars. A short 45 minutes drive to Mr Bohemia was perfect combo for ski access and comforts of home.
