“We had a great time staying in Carlsbad for spring break; the condo is a lot bigger than it seems from photos. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out. We were able to walk into town for dinner each night and the drive into San Diego proper is very quick. It was a little chilly to get in the water but we still spent some quality time at the beach just outside the condo. ”

“The property was everything the listing said it was. Waking up to the sound of waves was wonderful. We saw daily surfers and occasional pods of dolphins from the balcony. There was nothing missing in the kitchen which was well appointed with everything from baking pans to electric hand mixers. ”

The terrace is relaxing and gave us amazing views and sounds of the ocean. We all lived in luxury during our stay. And it was such a plus to have two parking spaces in the garage. “We were lucky as in Sept we snuck a peek at the empty house on a family visit to the area. We have 9 family in Carlsbad-O'Side.The Beach house is just as listed, and the past 2024-25 reviews are very accurate. We found almost nothing wrong at all with the house. Some doors are hard to open and close to the patio, but we fought through it. Beds and towels are fantastic. Furniture was great and decor was very nice, and everything was very clean. “The house and location were great. We loved the views and the sounds of the ocean. Hanging around the fire pit playing trivia was a lot of fun. We enjoyed many meals and sunsets.
