He tried his best to communicate some in English to us since my Italian is not good. He did a wonderful job. He was a gracious host and very helpful with restaurants, places we should visit, helping with anything we needed,……

È venuta a prenderci al parcheggio perché faceva caldissimo, ci ha fatto trovare l'acqua fresca e cia ha dato molti consigli su cosa fare e dove mangiare. “Outstanding location - easy walking to all of Viterbo’s attractions. The piazza just outside is a real bonus - lovely to sit there of an evening and watch the locals walking their dogs and stopping to chat. ”

“This hotel is American style, very different from the hotels in my last journey. The staff are so sweet helping my email printing. The breakfast is so adorable and abundant. You need to have a car to stay here. However, $5 for parking in the hotel can be considered. After all, there are many parking space around the hotel.”

“Third stay here and the place just gets better. Unlike other hotels that get tired and worn out - this one is always maintained very well and repairs that need doing are done - not left to get worse. Staff are brilliant and friendly. Restaurant and continental breakfast very good. Close to A1 so easy to get anywhere around. Pool and sun terrace are a big bonus and the pool is on site just a short walk from the main entrance not 1km away, like some hotels claiming they have pool access. All in……

“The hotel was very clean, updated and modern room ( 103) . Thermal outdoor pool was gigantic and really special . Very close to town of Viterbo . It was just superb and we hope to be back again.”
