“It was a fantastic stay! The location is excellent as well. My only suggestion would be to add a photo of the entrance to help guests find the place more easily, as Google Maps doesn’t show the exact location.”

“Very hard to find the exact location. Wifi not working, but Staff insisted my phone and computer problem. Breakfast included, but have to pay service charge for $9 per person per night, which not clearly stated in the description. The room smells a bit stuffy. ”

“Great location, very spacious, and great communication with property. Was very convenient to be able to leave our bags across the street before check in.”

“Location wise, it is right in the center of Siena and is close to all the tourist attraction points. It is also the only five star hotel within the walls of Siena. The hotel is well equipped, and since we booked the best suite in the hotel, the view from it is spectacular. The suite is spacious, the interior is of an European style but with a modern touch, room service is excellent and all the staffs are super friendly. The walls are not noise isolated at all, which means you'll hear all that's going on in the neighboring rooms or in the street below, which are very noisy all night long. I'd recommend this place if you have excellent earplugs, otherwise don't expect to be able to sleep much. ”
