“Personnel vraiment peu aimable pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, fin mai la piscine extérieure n'est pas nettoyé, on paye pour la piscine intérieure et nous demande de ne pas y rester plus d'une heure. Bref mes prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur, nous avons été déçus.”

“This is a very lovely hotel. The spa is relaxing and the included breakfast is delicious! Lunch and dinner are also served. Our rooms were clean and comfy. Two of three rooms had issues with the AC. The staff was able to move one of the rooms to a room with a functioning AC on the second night of the stay. The other party remained in the original room with a fan that we requested. They were booked. This AC issue happened over the weekend; there was no one available to repair the AC. There were a……
