“Wonderful host, great property”

“We stayed here in the middle of September. The villa has three spacious double bedrooms, two ensuite and a kitchen/dining room which has everything we needed. The highlight though is the outisde, the pool is a very good size and the garden itself is lovely with a vareity of attractive trees providing plenty of shade. It has a barbecue area and another outside table at the front. Within fifteen minutes walk are a supermarket and the town of Villagrazia which has a fishmonger, butcher,……

“Tolles Haus in einem sehr schönen und gepflegten Park mit Pool und toller Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge und etwas Meer.Gehobene Ausstattung mit gut ausgestatterer Küche und Espresso-Maschine. Zufahrt über 2 Tore geschützt - Grundstück Videoüberwachung. Sehr ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem nur 3 Minuten mit dem Auto in den Ort oder 5-10 Minuten zu den nächsten Stränden.”

Abbiamo trovato ogni ambiente molto pulito e ben arredato, con tutto ciò che serve a un soggiorno comodo e confortevole. Proprietari gentili e disponibili a soddisfare le nostre richieste. La casa è ampia, con tre bagni all'interno e uno all'esterno. Il prato è curato e attrezzato con piscina, lettini e ombrelloni. “If you decide to visit Sicily and spend most of vacation on the Mondello beach, this place will be a perfect choice! Property is located close to literally everything: beach, restaurants, shops and buses. It is well equipped, clean, modern and has everything you need to enjoy the stay. “Nice old big house, very clean, good communications with Giorgia. We lacked some proper kitchen equipment to be able to cook for 12 people but they tried to accomodate us when we mentioned it. The pool is perhaps not for adults, small and shallow. ”
