“Unit is uniquely positioned in the backyard of a primary residence. It does have a private entry, but you have to walk through the side yard of the main home to get there. Once inside it is nice and they provide all the amenities that a hotel would. If you are looking for a simple place close to the beach, this is your spot. ”

The host quickly responded to messages. Check in/out process was smoothly. There was a rooster at a neighbor property, however if the fan was running on the AC then you couldn’t hear him. “We were coming to the area to help out with some relatives kids. We asked the owners if this would be okay and they quickly replied that it was. The boy wants us to stay here if we ever visit again. Dan and Shannon are some of the friendliest helpful hosts that we’ve met. Shannon’s mother lives on the property and is also lovely. She invited the boy to swing. As noted in the description, the kitchen and shower are outside so exposed to nature and such. Dan even took the time to write some notes……

“Youre staying in basically a shed in someone's backyard. Yes its clean inside, but small. VERY SMALL. The street to enter is extremely busy and dangerous to back out into. The people that live in the apartment in the front are loud and rude. They have 5-6 cars and block the view of the road to be able to back out. No stove, mini fridge.Water takes forever to get warm. Bed wqs uncomfortable. Fiance was cat called and harrassed by someone when we first got there. And someone tried looking in the……
