“The duplex was mostly clean. We appreciated that the sofa and loveseat appeared to have been vacuumed. We loved the walk to the beach. It seemed closer and easier than in the owners description. Loved the outdoor shower!! Because we didn't stay for a whole week, we decided not to cook. So glad we did. The kitchen is on the 2nd floor not making it an easy trip to the grill. Not really bad, just inconvenient. Also, the kitchen could use a few more cooking and preperation items. The king mattress……

“This was our second year staying at this wonderful house and we’re looking forward to returning next year. We stayed for a week, with ample space for our large group: two sets of parents each with a 3 year old, a set of grandparents and our nanny (7 adults, 2 children). 2 min walk to the beach. Spectacular yard with pool. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Perfectly clean. Very comfortable furniture inside and out. There are beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys……
