“An excellent art themed hotel located very close to restaurants and bars and only 15 mins walk to old town or a 4 min taxi ride. Francesca, the receptionist, made the stay extra comfortable and tended to our every needs. The pool and spa facilities are excellent too. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Alan checked us in and was so nice and helpfully throughout the entirety of our stay. The hotel itself is super beautiful clean and has breakfast included with our stay which was very convenient. The food is always super fresh and tasty. The rooms were very clean and spacious enough to have our luggage is open. And the location itself was extremely convenient right at the heart of Palma near super tasty restaurants. ”

“The hotel was clean and spacious. We liked the interior and historical theme. The location was perfect as it was accessible to everything within walking distance. The concierge ladies were so kind and helpful. They gave details and information to help us navigate there. We enjoyed chatting with them about Mallorcan experiences. The room temperature remained too warm despite the thermostat adjustment. Would be a pleasure to return here. ”

"Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
