“The view of the ocean was stunning, the gardens were lush and peaceful and away from the crowds, but only a 8 min walk into town, we could cook and eat out easily. It also had parking!There is a winding staircase to the bedrooms but it was fine for us! Loved staying there and Luigi was a wonderful host!”

“ The 'boat' reference might be confused with 'compact' or 'narrow and small' but really it relates to the feeling that you are on the water when you stay here. Do not hesitate; book this house because it is in the BEST location and the elevated position with the water immediately below is wonderful. “Cette belle maison est idéalement situé, à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Levanto (attention ça grimpe) et directement sur le sentier de la randonnée vers Monterosso. L'équipement est correct et la maison a beaucoup de charme. La cinquième chambre est en fait une dépendance qui se situe dans le jardin. Lea piscine est plus petite que sur les photos mais agréable. Le seul bémol du séjour est la propreté. En effet nous aurions apprécié que la maison soit nettoyé avant notre arrivée. Nous avons……

“This is a beautiful house with the most spectacular view down the valley! Kids and adults loved the pool, either jumping in repeatedly or relaxing on the sun loungers. The house itself is huge, well equipped and a cool escape when the temperature rose. The location of the house is on a road but that didn’t bother us. We had a hire car which we felt was essential ( although there was a small bus that regularly went past the house) it was a short drive to the nearest village (you can’t walk……

“I could not more highly recommend this villa. It was absolutely spectacular. The grounds are incredible and the town is amazing. Paola was such a great host. She met us at the village and helped us up the hill to get to the Villa. Do not make the mistake we made and bring too many things. we way over packed and should’ve left things back in Florence and come packed much more lightly. This is a great destination to take the boat ride to Cinque Terre. I found Portovenere to be much more charming……
