“The room was really nice. I had any questions that I asked answered & pretty quickly. The instructions for getting to the room were very detailed. The only complaint (which isn’t due to the host) would be that the elevators in the parking deck to the hotel didn’t work. We thankfully only parked on the 2nd floor. There weren’t a lot of stairs but we had 3 suitcases & a bag to carry. It would have taken two trips regardless. Thankfully bf was there to help, I wouldn’t have been able to do it……
