“The home was what we needed for our group of 7 guys golfing around Birmingham for a few days. Communication was very prompt and Clint was responsive to keypad code issue and other questions. Only issue was the inconsistent wifi that never got truly figured out, but the owners did send someone out to try for a fix”

“We truly enjoyed the home and our visit. It had all the amenities that we needed. It was cozy and the neighborhood was quiet. One suggestion, there needs to be mote lighting out front. It was too dark. We would definitely come back though.”

“We didn't actually stay here because the host never responded to more than 2 weeks of communication by my and Vrbo.I reached out to extend the stay a day. No response for 5 straight days of messages. Vrbo emailed and called them multiple times with no response. I followed up with calls, messages, and even finding them on LinkedIn.Still no response, even after the trip date came and went. 0/10, do not recommend as this host is approving trips but is utterly non-responsive. ”

“Our company placed a family (client) here while their home was being repaired due to an insurance claim. The family was very happy with the home, it's location, and the host. Being able to stay in this home help alleviate some of the stresses they were dealing with after their was damaged. Karen was an excellent host. She communicated quickly and clearly. This made the stay even better. We highly recommend Karen as a host and her beautiful home for your next get away.”

“My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights, we come to Birmingham every year to see friends. This year we wanted something dog friendly so we didn't have to leave our dog at home. This place was great, super quiet neighborhood and plenty of space. The "den" was especially cozy, and the backyard is very big. The one bad thing was the humidity. I know it's super humid in Alabama, but I've never had it be so humid inside. Even with the AC running the whole stay, I would sweat off my makeup before……

“The loft was so convenient for us going back and forth to the Alabama Theater(literally right across the street). The accommodations were outstanding. It is beautiful with comfy beds and everything you need. We appreciated the snacks and water left for us along with the array of k cup supplies. The host was so accommodating to our needs. We loved having a parking garage for our car. I would definitely book again when coming to town and highly recommend it. ”
