“This property was great and it is a quick walk to the beach and village. The Cabana suited our family of four. We had enough space to spread out and relax. If we return to Siesta Key, we would stay here again.”

Most importantly, the bed mattress was very comfortable! The neighborhood is quiet and safe. One Friday night, we even walked over to nearby high school to watch a football game. “Perfect little cottage with an array of things to do. Came to visit family and was able to enjoy a relaxing evenings. Love the fact that the cottage was smoke free as well as pet free. My asthma don't allow me to travel just anywhere and this was an amazing stay. Would visit again, need more of these options for people with health issues like mine.”

“my friends and I traveled from across the country to meet for our annual “girls” trip. Location is amazing. You can walk to the beach, you can rent cabanas and there are lounge chairs for your use. The pool is sparkling and the trolley stop is right outside the property entrance. I just love Siesta key and this is a wonderful place to get away from it all, but have easy access to all of the fun and shopping. ”

“my husband and i stayed here for our anniversary vacation and it was perfect!! we loved the walkable beach access and being a literal 2 minute drive from John’s Pass Boardwalk. James was a very attentive host if we had any questions during our stay. we hope to come back here soon!!! ”

“Everything was described accurately. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Dave communicated everything we needed to know. The only thing you could possibly dislike would be the road noise because the bedroom window faces toward Beach Road but Spring Break brings out activity into and out of the village until the bars close. ”
