“I had a wonderful week at this property, despite the weather not cooperating as Florida weather is supposed to. It was serene and relaxing to sit overlooking the river. I enjoyed biking, kayaking, and hiking, all with my German Shepherd. Carolyn was an excellent hostess, very attentive and easy to communicate with. St. Mark's Retreat was just what I was looking for. I definitely plan to return! Thanks, Carolyn!”

“Property was very clean and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked with plenty of room for everyone to help out. Lots of real estate for our 2 boats with a washdown area. Owner went above and beyond to answer our many questions to assure we had everything we needed. Thank you for our Perfect stay! We will be back!”

“We really enjoyed our short stay (3 nights). The house offers everything you need. It is a very quiet area and you only have a few neighbors around you. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate so we couldn't really explore the area.”

“Weekend getaway with family. Great location with beach just right up the road. Not far from things we planned to do. House was very clean and spacious with great amenities and cool decorations. We enjoyed the dock and loved the back porch. We’ll definitely return! ”
