“The house was in wonderful condition completely ready for a weekend retreat. The kitchen and dining room was perfect for our meals. The thrid floor screened in porch was a wonderful way to spend the early mornings as well as in the evenings as the the sun went down. The elevator was exactly what we needed to accomodate our disabled son. I look forward to staying here again soon.”

The home is modern and comfortable, with lots of amenities that make the stay more enjoyable/fun. The entire house is great, but we spent lots of time on the screened back patio - it had a great view of the water with soft seating, good fans and ocean breezes. Thank you!”

“We absolutely loved the spacious living area in this beach house !! It is perfect for a big family ! There were plenty of places to sleep and room to spread out. We also loved that this house is right on the water. It’s secluded so beach is peaceful and not crowded. Close to Panacea which had some really good restaurants and fresh fish shops!! “Family of 7 for a two week stay. Our second year at this location and we plan to go back. The layout of the house provides privacy when desired but also a great spot for family time together. The beach is a bit secluded and beautiful, away from the hustle & bustle of areas closer to Panama City. The house is very nicely furnished, kitchen well stocked for cooking. Large refrigerator and separate large freezer provide ample space for stocking up for large groups. Separate Ice maker provided……

“This trip was perfect for our family. We wanted to get away from busy life and this property was the perfect get away. The house was clean and well appointed. The owners have put a lot of thought into making this home comfortable and providing all the little extras. Kevin kept up good contact with us and made sure we had everything we needed. He was very welcoming and informative about the area. The view from the porch is perfect. The sunrises were beautiful. There was basically no traffic on……

“We loved everything about the property. Our favorite part was being able to sit out on the screened in porch, Looking out to the ocean. Sitting on the beach in front of the home is great. No one else was around but one other couple. The house is well stocked especially the kitchen. We used the gas grill every night. We went to My-way seafood in Panacea and purchased local fish, shrimp and spiney lobster. So good! Highly recommend them for fresh seafood. The house is well taken care of and very……
