“My husband and I loved our stay at Jenna's River B&B! The property and the views were so beautiful, I could not stop taking pictures. We loved relaxing on our private patio as well as in the open air bar and open air restaurant. Service was friendly and accommodating. Others have made comments about the stairs. Yes, there are a lot of stairs because the entire property is on a steep hill. I was also concerned about the comfort of the bed and bugs in the room, as that had also been mentioned……

“Unfortunately our stay was not that pleasant because when we booked our room for a few days we planned on eating on site which this hotel mislead us because it says that’s there’s is a restaurant which is was never open. WiFi was really bad also. ”

“The only real positive thing about this hotel, and it is a huge positive, is the incredible views of the lake and surrounding volcanoes. The place is relatively clean, but it is OLD. Like, hasn't been updated in decades old. They have a historic photo from the 1950s-1960s and it looks exactly the same. If you get it cheap, and are ok woth old/rustic hotels (and you get a room with a vew), it might be ok. Short walk to town, plenty of parking, old little-used pool.”
