“This stunning villa is undoubtedly one of the top three places we've ever stayed! We absolutely loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. Alejandro, Enrique, and Anika were outstanding hosts, going above and beyond to assist us with transportation to the lake. While the journey to Lake Atitlan can be challenging and dangerous, the mesmerizing view and the luxurious villa made the adventurous journey worth it. The villa was absolutely lovely! “We stayed here with 6 adults and 4 kids and had an amazing time. The property is even better than shown in the pictures. The grounds keeper was incredibly helpful with our questions, this made the trip a lot easier. The pool and pool table area were great”

“The house is dirty, smells humid, dust everywhere, no hot water after 1 minute of shower, no a/c, everything is old and outdated, sheets and towels were stained, it’s in the middle of nowhere in the jungle. We found a scorpion in the bedroom. The only good thing is who manages de property, that service is amazing and will help you get everything organized and scheduled, but the actual property is not at all how it seems in the photos. I definitely do not recommend staying here or would stay……

“We absolutely loved every minute of our stay! The property is beautiful. The staff is attentive and extraordinarily kind. Our stay included extended family and I only hope we didn't exhaust the staff with our requests. ”

“The house is really nice. Situated perfectly on a tranquil property with it's own dock. We arranged a private boat that took us away for the day to 3 cities, it was just perfect. Annie fixed our meals for breakfast each morning and all special requests were handled marvelously. I absolutely recommend.”

“The hotel room was fine. Not at all like was shown in the pictures. Mold in the corners of the room. The bathroom window, which opened out on to a corridor wouldn't lock either. The shower was hot or cold and the room lacked basics like a full length mirror or anywhere to hang clothes. The room had a small private terrace (which was overlooked by someone's bathroom). On the final night, loud music was being played from 2am until 3am. The rooms were very clean. Staff were reasonably friendly……

“We loved our stay. It was very beautiful and peaceful. The staff brought us a delicious breakfast each morning for a small charge. The only negative is not knowing in advance about the very steep and long cement path from the road to the cabin on the lake. Anyone with physical disabilities could find it impossible to manage.”

“This place was even more beautiful than on the pictures!! Maura has created an oasis with her home. Everything was perfect! We recommend this place by far for a peaceful getaway!! ”

“This property is centrally located and has acres to Pana and the lake. The only drawback is proximity to a Texaco station which plays music very loud, pretty much all day. Since we were exploring we didn’t mind that. But if you are a homebody it might be hard. ”

“My husband and I had been staying in Antigua with a bunch of friends. We had been hiking and site seeing. We wanted a few days of just us. We loved this house. Quaint. Cozy. Excellent views, lovely garden with amazing outdoor spaces. A Tuk Tuk ride to any neighboring town. This home is a gem!”

“Do not book here. Literally no customer service. Signs are not clear on where the hotel is. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds ever. You’re better off sleeping in a hostel for cheaper. There’s two night clubs that blast music all night; which is what was expected. But the clubs were super lame overall. You’re pretty much in a room with a double bed and that’s all to it. They didn’t even give me an official room number. The views were okay. Pretty much what you see is that you get. One……
