Located on the high dunes at Seacrest Beach, this updated ground floor Gulf-front condo has stunning views. Watching the sunset from the balcony is the perfect way to end each day. Mistral 6 can sleep up to 6 guests with a king bed, twin hall bunks, and sofa sleeper.

You're welcomed with beautiful turquoise views the minute you walk in. The kitchen opens onto the living and dining area so you're always able to take in the blue views. Dine inside at the table for 4, grab a snack at the kitchen peninsula, or head out to catch some Gulf breezes on the patio dining set.

Mistral:
Enjoy easy access to the beautiful beach walkover with a stay at Mistral. Put your toes in the sand in just minutes. The quiet beach area offers families a special vacation getaway, yet it's close to great shopping and restaurants. The complex is located between Rosemary Beach and Seagrove Beach allowing for swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues spread out along the coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic Highway 30A is conveniently located in front of the building.

Your stay at Mistral 6 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. This property has a great space and everything we needed. It was very close to the beach! The balcony in the room was very spacious. The only negative is the hotel next door was super loud!

The view was stellar. Beach was great. But the property was worn. Many rusty fixtures and the dryer door had to be taped shut to work.I assumed a ‘first floor’ condo would not have stairs (10) to unit. Would have appreciated a more thorough description. Had issues with cell service and was misinformed about wi-fi code and had to communicate back and forth on text to rectify.

The condo was just as pictured and the beaches in the area are beautiful. Brought our dog with us to see how she would do for a road trip since the condo was pet friendly. Found out on day 3 that the beach was permit only for dogs for resident families. But with plenty of walking and bike trails we took her there. We had a great trip.

Great location and views of the gulf! Very unhappy with benchmark managing company’s communication and willingness to fix our internet issues. We stayed for 10 days and did not have internet the entire time. I messaged benchmark the first day and they never attempted to fix it and ultimately ended up just ignoring my messages the next 4 days. Initially they told me it was an area wide issue however every other unit had internet that I spoke with (made several friends). Very unprofessional and ended by telling me I should contact the internet provider directly. I had no idea who this even was and if did very unlikely they would have assisted me as a renter without any account information. Terrible service from managing group and as a owner of a rental property myself I would be very displeased with them treating my guest this way

Perfect place for my husband and I, right on the beach. We love staying less than 1 mi from the cutover to US 98 and the new Publix. There are a lot of steps to get to/from the beach, but it is true of every beachfront property we have stayed in this area.

We have stayed at Mistral condos for the last 4 years. Each condo in previous years have been amazing. Mistral condo #6 was far from amazing. First off, the communication with Benchmark management company was about the worst customer service i've ever dealt with. Now let's get to the problems with the condo. We had ants and roaches crawling everywhere. They were crawling in and out of the vents, up and down the walls, on the furniture, all over the kitchen and in the bathtub. The sliding glass patio door that went out back to the beach was near impossible for my wife and kids to open. The rollers were rusted and broken, we even had a maintenance guy come look at it and said, 'yeah, this needs to be replaced.' He sprayed wd40 on the tracks and left. I'm a 200lb guy and I could open and close it, but I almost broke the handle off a few times due to the weight of the door and the broken rollers. We had exposed wiring coming out of a non functional intercom on the wall. We had black mold growing around the vent in the bathroom, as well as in the washing machine. The ice maker didn't work, the garbage disposal didn't work. They sent maintenance people out again to attempt to fix these, but nothing was fixed and we were told 'I'll let benchmark know these are beyond repair.' In total, we made about 11 calls to benchmark management and each time we were told "I'll make a note of this and send it to our manager." We had rusty nails sticking out of the patio floor.

Our stay at Mistral was very good overall. The good: 1) Location! - The views of the horizon were very nice! It’s a challenge to see the beach itself being on the floor level, but much easier to access the beach. Just walk out the back patio and down a few stairs and you’re there! 2) Beach Experience- the condo is located adjacent to a public access location, BUT the association partnered to help manage the beach with signs. This meant the beach was not crowded and restricted to condo residents and their guests 3) Unit Condition - Overall, the unit was in good condition! Appliances seemed fairly new and basic utensils, small appliances, cookware were fine 4) Unit Size - the unit worked perfectly for our family of 4 with middle aged children. The bunk beds worked perfectly for us, even though they were not closed off to the community space (but we knew that from pictures) Opportunities: 1) Internet Access - the unit had internet available….if you were sitting in the bedroom near the modem. Smart TVs we’re hardwired, so no problems there, but it could desperately use a repeater. No service was available in the kitchen/living room 2) Master Bedroom - I know everyone’s preference is different, but the mattress and pillows are in desperate need of replacement. Both sides felt you were laying in a hole, with a crest down the middle. 3) Patio door - looking for a morning workout? No problem, just go the rear sliding door and try opening/closing it a few times! Kidding aside, my 11 and 9 year olds couldn’t open the doors on their own it was so difficult. Needs to TLC 4) Overall cleanliness - Overall, it was good. However, about 1/3 of the shower curtain was pink and brown with mildew/mold. Nothing a $5 liner from Publix didn’t fix, but ewww! Where’s that cleaning fee going? One additional note worth mentioning. Verizon cellular service is a real challenge at the condo. I know this is not a condo problem, but is worth knowing. We could not use our phones in the unit and even found it challenging to get a signal outside and at the beach (horrible for trying to stream music on the beach). Couple that with the Internet challenges mentioned above and you’re a bit forced into a “disconnected” vacation. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but have had better experiences.

We had a great stay. This was our third time at Mistral, second time with Benchmark, and first time at this particular unit. Two adults and two kids, 5 and 7. We pick Mistral for the floor plan and location. You can’t beat walking out on deck and the stairs to the beach. The unit was nice and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. My only request is that they add hooks behind the bathroom and bedroom doors to hang bath towels, pajamas, etc. Having some hooks would have made things more convenient and neat. Benchmark was great and responsive. The sliding door and screen weren’t easy to open and close and when I called it in, they sent someone out in two hours to check on it. Since it wasn’t an emergency, two hours for it wasn’t a big deal.

We had a great stay! The Mistral is in a great location, right in the beach and nestled between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. My only complaint is the bushes off the back porch could use a trim. You can’t see much of the beach from the porch because the bushes are overgrown. But overall, a great stay!

We had a great stay! My only advice would be to have a few more utensils/cooking items like measuring cups and spoons and some plastic drinking cups (instead of only glass ones). But otherwise, everything was great. Thank you!

We loved this condo. Everything was clean and we had plenty of room for our family of 5. The property management company made things easy when the dryer lent filter broke. We had a new one in a couple hours. The location was perfect and we loved the convenience to the beach. Made it really easy to enjoy our beach stay with our little ones. Beds were very comfortable. Wish it had a hair dryer and some of the wall outlets did not hold the plugs well, but other than that, it was perfect.

Top of coffee table is 1/4 inch thick glass and flexes with any pressure. It should be 3/8 inch thick. If a child or drunk adult should stumble into it and get cut, it won't be pretty. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Coffee tables are cheap; replace it! Also, there should be anti-skid strips in the bath tub to prevent slips or falls. A grab bar would be helpful too!

Enjoyed another relaxing week on the Gulf. Bed was comfortable and great water pressure! The location provided easy access to 30A for restaurants and shopping (We walked to Alys Beach, but Rosemary was too far to walk.) Loved meals on the deck (the furniture looked freshly painted.) Fitbit logged lots of flights of stairs on the beach access. The ATT coverage was a bit weak in the condo, but was able to call from the parking lot side and we did have good WiFi for communication. We had nice neighbors in the next condo.

Three girlfriends and I went over Spring Break to enjoy a quiet beach vacation away from our jobs. Last year, we stayed in the unit next door; we knew we loved the area, so we decided to book again. The Good Quiet beach: This complex doesn't have many units, and it is surrounded by houses or other small units, so there were very few people around us. The beach and water were breathtaking. Just like the pictures, the water was the most perfect color blue. The beach is well maintained and clean. Kitchen: There are plenty of appliances, glasses, and cooking ware to get you through a week at the beach. Everything was clean and functioned well: microwave, dishwasher, blender, stove, etc. The bar/bar stools were nice to gather around in the kitchen. Master bedroom: The bed was super comfortable, and there was plenty of space in the closet and the side tables to store everything that we needed. Area: You're located right between Alys/Rosemary Beach and Seaside. You could easily walk to Alys, but you'll need to rent a bike or drive to Seaside. If you don't mind driving to lunch/dinner while you're on vacation, this is a great spot; however, if you'd rather walk everywhere, you may want to be closer to either community. It just seems more difficult to actually be waterfront in those areas. Needs Improvement Patio Furniture: There were only three chairs when we stayed, and the rust on the chairs and table was not only unsightly but very dangerous. There was so much rust that we had to put shoes on just to be on the patio. Also, there was quite a bit of rust outside the back door along the door frame. The welcome mat outside the back door didn't have a good grip to it, and one of the girls slipped and fell on her way out of the back door, so be careful! Landscaping: The hedges outside of the patio were pretty high; they came up over the railing that you can see in the picture. They obstructed some of our waterfront view. Master bedroom TV: I couldn't get the TV in the master to display any channels. It only had a wifi router attached to it. There was a Roku in the living room but not one in the back bedroom. It would have been nice so we could watch something separately. Overall, it was a good week, and I would book again!

Had a great time relaxing over the Christmas holidays. This place was just steps down to the beach. Loved cracking the door and hearing the ocean all day and night! Up to date unit and nice accommodations. Garrett was very accommodating in letting us get in a few hours prior to 4pm. This was greatly appreciated. Would most definitely choose this for another get away!!!

This condo was a great place to stay right on the beach. This ground floor unit allows you to walk out the back patio door, and down the steps directly into the sand! The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The TV and DVD player was easy to figure out even for a non-techie like myself! I could hear the sound of the waves as I fell asleep and woke up. The great back patio allowed me to eat my breakfast and enjoy the view of the ocean!
