“Mingdu Hotel in Kumming, China did not fulfill the advertised free shuttle pick up from the airport. Their contention was that it was an advertisement by a third party, i.e. Hotel.com was not authorized to offer free airport shuttle in its offer. After settling this issue verbally at check out, Hotel Mingdu informed that we had left without paying for the free airport pick up as advertised.”
“예약한 방이 없어서 큰 방으로 업그레이드를 받았습니다. 불필요하게 너무큰 사이즈의 방이 부담스러웠으며, 저녁에는 방 옆쪽에 위치한 행사장에서 정리를 하는 소음이 너무커서 편하게 잠을 자기 어려웠습니다.
이 호텔의 모든 프론트 직원들은 정말 상냥하지만, 영어를 능숙하게 다루는 사람이 없어서 결제할때는 불안하기까지 했습니다. 기본적인 영어는 필요할것 같습니다.”
