“During my reception they did not provide the room that should be, have to request then change it, that's what should be "Andaman Sea View". The Services was rude and not polite enough for a 5 stars. Our Suite, should have a Butler service included. Never ask us if we need any service or provide any extra caring, just "put" in my room 1 bag and 2 hats for use during my stay and pay for it if taken away back home (horrible, non hygienic, used and damaged bag) in attached file to notice. “Very Big Mistake Taking this booking this hotel due to the following issues: 1. Receiption can't be contacted by phone and have to rund down to reach them, and not one working at night incase of an emergency 2.
