“We stayed for a week in Tahiti at Teanaiva, which was well appointed and a wonderful property. Maire and Tekura went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The stay was a highlight of our vacation. On arrival at 6am we found out that they had been checking flights for arrival times since the previous day, they welcomed us at the gate, had homemade foods for us, and were always available for any questions and requests. Maire brought games for our children, made banana bread, bought……

“This place is lovely. Big clean pool. Spaciousness house. The only down side is you need a vehicle to get around. Not really walkable. The owners are very gracious and took us to the supermarket. ”

“We loved the private beach. This was our daughter's favorite part of the trip. There are other people who have access to the beach as well as you are in a neighborhood of Arue but compared to the public beaches you have a piece of paradise all to yourself. We also enjoyed all the animal life (giant snails, crabs, birds and one day we even saw a sea otter swimming near us). “What an amazing place to stay in Tahiti! It’s away from all the tourist and beautiful. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly and were available to help anytime day or night. They offered lots of information and directions about local attractions and would even call places for us since we didn’t speak French. The bungalows were beautiful overlooking the ocean. Someone wrote that it’s very steep getting up to the house, but it’s no steeper than the hills in downtown Seattle. Have to climb a……

“Was a wonderful stay in a nice area. Everything was clean and kayak etc was available.I had just one point: I think the house is great for 4 persons because I’m not sure if there is enough “cool air” in the third bedroom. During my stay they could not repair/fix an A/C problem (I was there a week) in the first bedroom.”
