I book the transportation service for two person with confirmation from the hotel.But when I landed in Sofia I waited in the airport for half an hour.Nobody waiting in the airport as promised by hotel.We I go outside of the airport,I saw the car of the hotel.The driver told me the reservation has been canceled.He had to pick up a group..So I could only a terrible old taxi to hotel.And the hotel charge me 24 euro in total!!When I checking,I asked the reason why the hotel did not inform me in……

“Abbiamo soggiornato a Sofia in questo hotel in una suite posta all’ottavo piano. Purtroppo i primi due piani sono in ristrutturazione quindi la reception si trova direttamente al secondo piano e bisogna prendere le scale per arrivarci. Le pulizie non sono il massimo e la moquette è tutta sgocciolata con sostanze a quanto pare indelebili. Abbiamo notato un forte odore di animale (cane probabilmente) che abbiamo segnalato all’hotel l’indomani ed è stato risolto. La suite era spaziosa e accogliente……
