“Your home was fantastic! We enjoyed it all. We appreciated the extra amenities. The dining room light never worked. It wasn’t an issue for us but maybe the next people. The last two days the outlets in all the bathrooms quit working. In the heavy rains, a spot in the kitchen ceiling was leaking. Right by the pantry closet. You will see the spot in the ceiling. Thanks!”

“Place was clean and spacious. Plenty of dishes and seasonings in kitchen. Everything was labeled. ”

“Very nice overall. Clean but not so new that you felt uncomfortable to relax there. The kitchen is well appointed. The layout is comfortable and the backyard is gorgeous. The only two comments I would add would be that the signage is confusing on the AC because it says not to adjust the thermostat but after contacting the owner he said it could be adjusted down from 82 degrees so thank goodness for that. The carpets in the bedrooms have a lot of stains and could use an update. Otherwise we……

“Cozy, and just as described. Only negative was the cabinets seemed sticky. Communication was smooth, and while there’s an extra charge to heat the pool, you won’t need that in August in AZ! Enjoyed this VRBO. Would definitely stay again. ”
