“We had the greatest family time! I would love to return. This home is located on a private cul-de-sac, which was wonderful! The house was just perfect! Plenty of room for our family. I definitely would love to return!! ”

“Very nice overall. Clean but not so new that you felt uncomfortable to relax there. The kitchen is well appointed. The layout is comfortable and the backyard is gorgeous. The only two comments I would add would be that the signage is confusing on the AC because it says not to adjust the thermostat but after contacting the owner he said it could be adjusted down from 82 degrees so thank goodness for that. The carpets in the bedrooms have a lot of stains and could use an update. Otherwise we……

“Went to Phoenix in August for a celebration of life. We had 5 people so needed the space. So grateful for the pool and everyone loved the pool table. House was clean and stocked. Bedrooms were comfortable. Host was very responsive. Thank you for a great stay. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was in a good condition in a nice area of town. Quiet, and about 20miniutes to the golf courses we were playing in the North-East, and 20 minutes to Old Scottsdale. Beds were comfy, even the one guy who ended up in the rooms with the bunks (they are doubles so fit an adult). Pool was freezing this time of year, but the hottub was nice as were the other games/things to do in the home. Kitchen had the basics, note there is nothing in the fridge/left……

“My family and I were looking for a place to host our annual Memorial Day bbq. This place couldn't have been more perfect. The house is beautiful, well stocked and has lots of amenities. It even had a movie room. The host kept in contact and answered every question promptly. We had a wonderful weekend. We will definitely book again in the future! ”

“The house is even better than the pictures!!! Backyard is great, enjoyed the hot tub and pool every morning and evening!! Plenty of seating outside to relax and watch tv. The pool table and video game machine were a huge hit also. Plenty of room for 4 guys to spread out. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We loved being able to park in the garage. Hosts were great to work with. Check-in and out were a breeze. Can’t wait to book this house again for our annual golf trip. Thanks for……
