The interior finishes (furniture, doors, cabinets, fixtures) are budget quality and the finish work is rough in some areas where doors may not close properly, trim work not finished super well, and general cleanliness is average. “This place was a good stay in a nice neighborhood. However, it isn't worth the price we paid for it. They make the pool heating process complicated and wanted 350 per day to heat it. You also couldn't choose which days you wanted it heated because the "pool guys don't work on the weekends". In fact neither did their customer service. “This place was perfect for big groups. We had a big party and everyone was able to sleep comfortably in their own bed. All the Tv's were equipped with ROKU's so we can watch the big game. The pool was clean and the sports equipment available were an excellent touch. The basketball court and the pickleball court were nicer in pictures. it was hard to play with the close proximity walls. There were no extra speakers so you'll have to bring your own.
