“Horrible communication, host cancelled a day before my trip. As it was a festival we were attending so room rates were astronomical . So here I go 3 hrs on the phone with Expedia/vrbo to make sure I would get a refund. Worst experience ever.”

“The property was large enough for our group of 22. We enjoyed all of the listed amenities with the exception of the volleyball court (the frame that holds the net was bent) and the putting green (the turf was worn and had debris all over it). The home does not cool under 74 degrees, so beware if you’re an arctic polar bear like me who enjoys a 68-70 range. The best part of the property was definitely the host. She was attentive and accommodating, and answered all of our questions without any……

“The house is really biiiggggg and clean, area wonderful ale very quiet, perfect for a big family and a lot of space. The pool and jacuzzi very clean, game room and bedroom excellent!!!!! Communication with hostess excellent…. “I booked the residence precisely because it allowed parties, and all the charges were made to my card. But to my surprise, I discovered the day before that I couldn't gather my friends and family to celebrate my birthday at the residence. Even though I respected the noise and schedule rules, the host stated that only 16 people are allowed in the residence, even if they're not sleeping. In other words, more than 5 couples with children exceeds the permitted capacity. And after that, no refund is……
