“From an architectural standpoint, it was neat to stay in this old home. It was very well maintained and the floors and walls were well maintained. Unfortunately, the one carpeted room (a sun porch) had a very funky smell and the bedroom throw rugs were very dusty. This is easily fixed. The sitting furniture was not very comfortable.
