“Everything was fine. Easy access into the house. We were greeted by Mike a little later and enjoyed his company and conversation. He was immediately available by cell to answer questions. Accommodations were just what we needed for our short family and friends visit. ”

“The house was absolutely amazing and exceeded expectations. We were able to stay and not have to worry about a single thing - linens and towels provided. Coffee and tea was made available, as well. The owner left notes on each floor as a guide - very helpful! I initially had trouble booking through Vrbo - but the owner was very helpful and prompt in reaching out! Definitely a wonderful spot to stay, right in downtown Sharpsburg - would highly recommend! ”

“This is my familys second time staying at Lisa's property. Each time the cabin has been clean, well stocked, and no issues whatsoever. Lisa is very easy to communicate with and the property itself is special. From the relaxation under the canopy of trees, to the pool and creek access, there is plenty for a family to do. We look forward to our next annual trip!”

“Comfortable and right at the C&O trail, so easy to take lovely walks. The house is clean, the kitchen and dining spaces more than adequate, multiple common areas are nice, as are bedrooms. Minor issue in that it seems the visitors before us made the remote for the downstairs tv disappear. Connection via phone, text etc can be spotty unless you're on the houses wifi, which worked well.”

“Beautifully furnished with everything I needed. Canal towpath was amazing and the highlight of my stay. The last 10-12 steps to entrance were, however, extremely challenging for my aging legs. Oh and the screened porch, where I spent most of my time when not walking the towpath, was my favorite thing about the house. I highly recommend this property for anyone who doesn’t have problems with lots of steps. ”

“This is a great property with lots of space for a large group. Plenty of space to gather or get some space from your fellow guests. This stretch of the Potomac river is beautiful and uncrowded. We had a great time down by the dock. Host was very communicative. Highly recommend. ”
