“The apartment is a lovely blend of quaint and convenient. Tranquil setting w goats, chickens, gardens, and lots of birds at numerous feeders. Decor is tasteful, bed is excellent, towels are plush, both AC and heat work well, kitchenware is very nice, PLUS the place is well-stocked with everything from Q-tips to a worthy collection of great books. In all, it was great although I would have preferred a more meticulous and deeper clean before my arrival.”

“Stayed here for a couple of nights on a college visit with my son. This was perfect for us. While cozy, we both had our own bedroom and the location was very close to campus as well as a short drive to lakefront. If you are flying in, you could almost walk here from the airport”

“Space was just right for a couple staying through an extended weekend. Great location close to a grocery store and several dining options, short walk to Church St. We enjoyed the games too! ”

“The apartment is cute, it reminded me of my days living in Manhattan. Very clean. I love that there was posted info about checking out Church St. and it was an easy walk over there to restaurants, etc. Close to water so we caught the sunset over Lake Champlain. Only one caveat, this particular unit is up a flight of outside stairs so if stairs is not your thing (carrying heavy bags), you might take that into account. ”

“This apartment had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. There is no dining/kitchen table and chairs so might be harder for a longer term stay if you want to eat more meals in the apartment. The photos are accurate and we appreciated that the owner is very responsive. It's about a 15-20 min walk to Church Street Marketplace but the walk is difficult to do in the July heat so we ended up driving more than we planned to.”

“The upstairs apartment was very clean and had all the necessities. Kitchen was stocked well with dishes. The bed and sofa were comfortable. Good location. Just a few minutes drive to Burlington and Lake Champlain. ”
