“The house is one block from the bus stop. The space heater in the bedroom was a welcome addition for a March stay. I slept well in the queen(?) bed. The one wall outlet, behind the headboard, created a challenge for plugging in my CPAP. The blanket on the couch was cozy while watching tv. The side door entrance leads to a flight of stairs up to the 2nd floor. The microwave is under the stovetop inside a cabinet. Clean fridge. I would stay here again.”

“The property is lovely and well maintained . We met the caretaker, living in the front part of the house and he was very helpful and pleasant. “The apartment is within easy walking distance of Lake Champlain and Church Street. It is not easy walking distance to UVM, but a very short drive. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with very steep wooden stairs, so be aware if you have physical limitations. The ceilings in the apartment are also very low in places, so if you’re much over 6’ tall you might be uncomfortable. Finding parking was easy as there is a dedicated space for the renter and clear directions on how to find it. We had one……
