“Homelessness in the area was unexpected, but I experienced no panhandling or intrusion. Lots of local shopping and quality restaurants. Not far from city center but the walk is rather uphill and strenuous. The newly renovated apt style room was stylish, roomy, clean and well appointed. If you are fit and need no onsite services it was a great deal. I would definitely return. ”

“We enjoyed having a small kitchen to prepare simple food items when we were not out enjoying the many restaurants very close by. It was walkable to everything. We were on the top floor, so may be a lot of stairs for some people, but it was bright with a lovely view from many windows. Would return. ”
