“Excellent property in a great location. The parking recommendations were not helpful without better instruction. It was difficult to find this property on a rainy Saturday evening during the holidays (many pedestrians and closed roads) and better instructions on how to unload our belongings prior to parking in the nearby lot would have been helpful. Otherwise, excellent place and would definitely recommend. ”

“My flight arrived a few hours before check-in, so i asked if we could come early, and i was allowed to with no hesitation. From that moment until checkout, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable with complimentary tea and coffee and snack, which is something you usually dont get especially in smaller hotels. I can not say enough good thinhs about this hotel, and will definitely choose it again. ”

“酒店地點方面，去舊城區也很近，附近很多食肆，酒店有相當歷史，但仍保留部份舊的磚牆和新的浴室，很好。如自駕遊，記得說明你book 酒店時是否免費泊車，另如要清潔房間，也通知聲櫃檯，整體是不錯”

“晚上約11時多，由於房間花灑開關掣掉下，而且熱水量不足，所以酒店替我們換房，等了大約一個多小時(包括找工程人員上來check)，結果深夜1時才可以洗澡…. 攰得不得了。 服務是很好的，床單和被鋪都很好。只要定價實在太高，第二天清潔完房間，沒有留下新的蒸餾水，冷氣很嘈。同樣價錢我平時住st regis會比她好很多。”
