“Excellent property in a great location. The parking recommendations were not helpful without better instruction. It was difficult to find this property on a rainy Saturday evening during the holidays (many pedestrians and closed roads) and better instructions on how to unload our belongings prior to parking in the nearby lot would have been helpful. “My flight arrived a few hours before check-in, so i asked if we could come early, and i was allowed to with no hesitation. From that moment until checkout, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable with complimentary tea and coffee and snack, which is something you usually dont get especially in smaller hotels. I can not say enough good thinhs about this hotel, and will definitely choose it again. ”

“晚上約11時多，由於房間花灑開關掣掉下，而且熱水量不足，所以酒店替我們換房，等了大約一個多小時(包括找工程人員上來check)，結果深夜1時才可以洗澡…. 攰得不得了。服務是很好的，床單和被鋪都很好。只要定價實在太高，第二天清潔完房間，沒有留下新的蒸餾水，冷氣很嘈。同樣價錢我平時住st regis會比她好很多。”
