“Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Ich möchte auch das Reinigungspersonal löblich erwähnen. Es war immer hervorragend gereinigt und aufgeräumt. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.”

“The hotel is far away from the town. The map they offered was wrong! (It is located at, Via Naviglio Alto, NOT Via Naviglio Paganini.) After taking off the bus, you have to walk 15-20 min before reach the hotel. The free bikes are very limitted. I did not get any one during my stay.”

“In general is okay”

“we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love……

“The staff are very friendly and kind. Breakfast is rich and good tasty. The room is not big but neat and clean.”

“Lovely stay, the host was very welcoming and we had large room, massive separate bathroom with bath. Everything was clean and like new and the property is very well cared for. Secure Parking and breakfast in the morning. Thank you”

“All the staff was fabulous, attentive, helpful and kind. the hotel is clean, modern, has a great breakfast buffet, the area is busy, but you cannot hear a sound from the room. It's conveniently located a block away a supermarket and pharmacy and walkable distance of the historic part of Reggio Emilia and the Centro Internazionale Loris Malaguzzi. The train stations are 7 minutes away by car or taxi. .”

“Sound insulation is bad whever people passing corridor and closing door. When next door closing their toilet door, the ceiling sounds and move a bit. Otherwise the service and staff are nice.”
