“J'ai réservé ma chambre via Hotel.com à 23h38 étant en voyage et ayant besoin de faire une pause. Une fois la réservation faite, j'ai essayé d'appeler l'hotel pour m'assurer que quelqu’un pouvait nous recevoir une demie-heure plus tard. Personne ne nous a repondu. “Excellent Hotel. Very quiet, super clean and safe. The owners are friendly and welcoming. I had to visit family so I had to choose a location close to my family. Not in the city center. Plenty of shopping opportunities for the local products. Prosciutto and Parmigiano Reggiano. Easy to get into the heart of Parma. I will definitely go back!”
