“First room tv didnt work and reaked a smell. I calles down to office the second girl i dealt with rude. I told her my tv didnt work and said what she was pose to do with it did i know before hand. That their maintance guy left. I told her i did a drop and go as i was just visiting someone in the hospital. So finally told me to change rooms. Then i get in here and the tub is nasty with previos hair shedding and old soap. Then no ice was available. ”
