“Responsive host and easily reachable. Not as clean due to being in the country where critters and bugs live. Decent stay. Also wish there was a bathroom door for privacy if you are not alone, but otherwise fine.”

“We had a lovely time at Tuscany in Texas and John was a great host! We came to the country to visit aging family and, with a 7-year-old in tow, it's sometimes hard to keep him entertained. The Tuscany pool was a welcome distraction and something we used every morning and night. This peaceful location was a perfect way to get some time to unwind in the midst of all our visits. Beds are comfy, the house had everything we needed, and the property is beautiful (and will be even nicer in the future).……

“The actual property is much more impressive in person. There is a large front porch and back porch overlooking the property. There are huge areas of land in all 4 directions. Beautiful and very relaxing for a lady from Dallas!The interior is bright, cheerful, and very current. Delightful!”

“We enjoyed our stay at The Oaks. There were 2 of us and we had plenty of room and privacy. Bonus that there are two bathrooms! The property is very new, modern and clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The location is one mile a south of warrenton on the main highway, so it was very easy access to the antiques and flea markets as well as LaGrange which has the closest supermarkets. We had a small lull-behind trailer and there was plenty of room for us to turn around with the trailer in……

“This is our third time staying in this adorable house. So easy to get to all the shopping and dining in Round Top. Sleeps all 6 of us with comfort. Nice living space, and the daily breakfasts are such a treat. We love this place and they are phenomenal hosts!! ”
