“Cleaning was top notch , everything smelled & looked well cleaned. Location near Times Square for my conference was also perfect for me & ideal for most needing to be centrally located in manhattan. Unit can definitely used to accommodate multiple guests comfortably given the space. The host was practical & very responsive to all my questions. ”

“The property was very clean and accomodating for my husband myself and my 2 daughters 5 and 6 yrs old. We were able to put them to bed in the back bedroom with their own tv and stay up ourselves with the complementary bottle of wine left for us! What a treat. The queen size pull out sofa was comfortable. They left us eye masks and the bathroom was stocked with tooothbrushes and mouthwash shampoos conditioner and body wash. Keurig coffee maker was lovely and bottles of water in the fridge. We……

Pedestal sink faucet is wobbly. Shower liner clings to you. Microwave cord does not reach its outlet so unplugging the power strip in other room was needed for operation. TV does not have local live channels, just streaming. One working elevator. Unit is on 10th floor. Temp issue where it was not working, likely……
