“We were a family group in town to visit NYC for a graduation and to visit family in Dobbs Ferry. The location was great with ample parking for our cars. The house has comfortable bedrooms, just as seen in photos; and two large rooms for gathering as a group. We took the Hudson MTA in and out of the city and this was convenient. Definitely visit the Untermyer Gardens- a gem! Communication with the host was easy and efficient.”

“Pros: The location of the property is excellent if you're interested in staying UES of the city. Pics are accurate in terms of size for NYC it's a spacious studio. Studio was very clean as it was recently renovated. Loved that I didn't need keys or a code to remember to access the building & unit as they have you download an app and send a code for your stay so all you have to do is wave your phone & unlock the door! Great feature.Cons: I ran into some of the workers doing renovation so clearly……

“A lovely property, a couple of blocks from the subway, , very comfortable bed, well furnished, easy wifi, noise control is pretty good. Multiple smudges, scratches throughout, in the hallways as well as the apt. Shower head in the bath has peeled painting. The large window doors were locked shut. Opening would have permitted of lovely, gentle breeze. A big (live) cockroach in the middle of the living room floor.”
