The cabin is tucked back in the woods surrounded by nature. Just our style! We would definitely recommend to anyone that’s up for an off-grid getaway. ”

“We had a great time staying at this location. It is very peaceful and there are not many other houses on the lake. Great fishing as well! The only recommendation I would have is to place a humidifier in the basement as it is a little sticky down there. Otherwise great place to stay ”

“This was our first stay here and it won't be our last! I'm from the area and brought my girlfriend (now fiance) to enjoy the quiet of the woods. We went snow shoeing around the property, stayed in one night and watched a thriller movie, and went to the top of Sugar Loaf Mountain (Doodooshani-wajiw) to get engaged.We sauna'd every single day, and got some eggs from Roger for breakfast. Absolutely love the property, love the host, and we will be back next year if not sooner! ”

“In a nicely secluded neighborhood on the Lake. Very Clean, big deck on the house, updated interior. The lake view is the best. Right on the lake with big windows to see everything. Wonderful to wake up to. Heat was perfect for our stay in November. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever in Gwinn. ”
