“we stopped here on our way up from the lower peninsula to porcupine Mountain State Park. Nice little restful spot to chill out on the beach and enjoy the lake and sauna. We loved that there were paddle boards and kayaks available for us to use. Awesome sunset spot.A fire pit available, but we did not use it. but really not too loud or disturbing. Easy check-in. “This was our first stay here and it won't be our last! I'm from the area and brought my girlfriend (now fiance) to enjoy the quiet of the woods. We went snow shoeing around the property, stayed in one night and watched a thriller movie, and went to the top of Sugar Loaf Mountain (Doodooshani-wajiw) to get engaged.We sauna'd every single day, and got some eggs from Roger for breakfast. Absolutely love the property, love the host, and we will be back next year if not sooner! ”

“In a nicely secluded neighborhood on the Lake. Very Clean, big deck on the house, updated interior. The lake view is the best. Right on the lake with big windows to see everything. Wonderful to wake up to. Heat was perfect for our stay in November. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever in Gwinn. ”
